Perry Public Library

Library Reopening

The library will reopen fully to the public on Monday, November 2nd. The library will be keeping our normal hours, though services are slightly changed to allow for the most recent safety guidelines.

Though the library will be open for browsing the children’s room and the rest of the basement will remain closed for the first week of November while some work continues.

All books should be returned to the exterior book drop, not brought into the building.

Patrons are encouraged to limit browsing time to allow for social distancing.

The library’s meeting room will remain closed to the public for an indeterminate amount of time.

Computer usage is capped at one hour per patron. At which point the patron will have to leave the building for at least an hour before returning to use the computer again.

One half of the public computers have been put out of service to allow for social distancing.

All staff and patrons are required to wear masks while in the building.

If you have any questions, concerns or comments about the library reopening, please contact Jessica Pacciotti, library director over phone or email at perrylibrarydirector@owwl.org or 237-2243

Thank you all and welcome back!
